Who we are

These terms apply to all tours and services provided by Costa del Tuk S.L., trading as Tuk & Tapas Málaga.

Behaviour

We ask all passengers to be respectful of our drivers, other passengers, and the city. We reserve the right to end a tour without refund if a passenger's behaviour is disruptive, dangerous or offensive.

What's included

Food and drinks (on Tapas and Sunset tours) are pre-arranged and included in the tour price as described on the product page.

Photography & media

By joining a tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed by Tuk & Tapas for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, please let your guide know before the tour begins.

Force majeure

Tuk & Tapas is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, public events, road closures, or government restrictions. In such cases we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

Insurance

Costa del Tuk S.L. holds civil liability insurance covering all passengers during tours operated by us. This does not cover personal belongings or pre-existing medical conditions.

Lost property & personal belongings

Tuk & Tapas is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the tour. If you leave something behind, contact us as soon as possible at info@tukandtapas.com and we will do our best to help.

Minors

Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour.

Third-party bookings

If you book through a third-party platform (Viator, GetYourGuide or similar), the cancellation and refund policy of that platform may apply. Please check their terms at the time of booking.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your experience, please speak to your guide on the day or contact us within 48 hours at info@tukandtapas.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue promptly.

As required by Spanish law, complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available upon request.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies. We recommend checking before each booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
