Everything you need to know before getting on the tuk tuk.

The experience
Our tours take place in Málaga, Andalucía, Spain — one of the most vibrant and historically rich cities on the Costa del Sol. We explore the historic centre, the seafront, the Gibralfaro hillside and the charming neighbourhood of Pedregalejo.
All tours are available in Spanish, English and French. Our guides are native Malagueños, so their Spanish is as authentic as it gets. Please indicate your preferred language when booking.
Tours depart from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm daily, every hour on the hour. Last departure is at 5:30 pm for 2-hour tours. Hours may vary slightly in winter — check availability when booking.
Tours run in most weather conditions. In cooler months our tuk tuks are fitted with protective side panels and warm blankets to keep you comfortable. In the rare case of severe weather we will contact you in advance to reschedule or offer a full refund.
The tuk tuk
Yes — 100% electric. Our tuk tuks produce zero emissions and almost no noise, which means you can enjoy the sea breeze, the sounds of the city and the aromas of Málaga's streets without any distraction.
Each tuk tuk carries up to 4 passengers. All our tours are private — the vehicle is exclusively for your group. If you are more than 4 people, please contact us and we will arrange multiple tuk tuks.
Our tuk tuks do not have a luggage compartment. We recommend travelling light — a small backpack or handbag is fine. Suitcases, pushchairs and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on board.
We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not permitted on board for safety and hygiene reasons.
Before your tour begins you will receive a WhatsApp or email with the tuk tuk number and your guide's name. Our tuk tuks are branded with our logo so you cannot miss us at the meeting point.
Booking & prices
Prices are per person. Since every tour is private, you pay only for the people in your group — not for the whole vehicle. Gastronomy tours include all food and drink tastings at no extra cost.
The standard meeting point is Paseo de la Farola 18, Málaga. Pick-up from your hotel or cruise terminal may be available upon request — please contact us when booking.
Children must be at least 2 years old to join a tour. There is no maximum age — our tuk tuks are comfortable and fully accessible. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No printing needed. Simply show your digital booking confirmation on your phone along with a valid photo ID (passport or national ID card).
Just your photo ID, your booking confirmation and a good mood. In summer we recommend sunscreen and sunglasses. In winter a light jacket. For gastronomy tours, come hungry — tastings are generous!
Changes & cancellations
We will wait up to 15 minutes. Time lost due to a late arrival will be deducted from the tour duration. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes the tour may be cancelled and the booking fee will not be refunded. Please contact us if you are running late.
Yes. Changes to the date, time or number of passengers can be made up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email.
Send us an email with your booking reference and billing details (company name, VAT number, address) and we will issue a formal invoice within 48 hours.
